- Simple ThaliDal Dhaba, mixed veg, raita and 3 roti.
- Special ThaliDal makhani, paneer butter masala, raita, rice, 2 butter roti and a laccha paratha or missi roti.
Starters
- Honey Chilli PotatoCrispy potato strips in a sweet-spicy honey chilli sauce, with sesame and spring onion. Serves 2–3.
- Manchurian DryIndo-Chinese veg Manchurian, tossed dry.
- Cheese Chilli DryCrisp cheese cubes stir-fried with capsicum, onion, green chilli and a tangy soy-chilli sauce.
- Mushroom TikkaMushrooms marinated in yogurt and spices, grilled in the tandoor till smoky.
- Tandoori ChaapSoya chaap in a spiced yogurt marinade, charred in the tandoor.
- Malai ChaapSoya chaap in a mild, creamy malai marinade.
